Mmmmm....CarCookies®

Thought you had enough of holiday cookies?  Well, just in case you need your fill of some high performance biscuits – we found some great car cookies that will boost your octane.   My  favorite car shapes can be found in Summerfield CarCookies®.   We spoke with Jack Stanghellini of Summerfield Foods about his tasty treats. Jack: Our cookies are made in two formulas, one, an all natural, and, two, Organic. Both are made from all natural ingredients with real butter, no hydrogenated oils or colorings. The cookie is a lemon shortbread, that is shaped in the form of brand specific cars.

Nika: What is your best selling cookie?

Jack: Ford Cookies by far, as these are used by the So. California Ford Dealers as a promotional item at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort.

Nika: Mmmm  Mustang anyone? They must make great promotional items.  How are they received?

Jack:  hese cookies are utilized in the show room, service departments, and in the parts department as a separate profit center. Each box is die cut on the backside to allow the insertion of a business card, cents off coupon, free coupon, fund raising activity, and/or any message that one might conceive. We ship to dealerships, museums, car clubs, and individuals all over the nation and into Canada. Nika: Wow, Summerfield Foods can make a Viper taste good – tell us about the company.

Jack: We have been marketing cookies for 11+ years now, our first entry in the SEMA Show was 7 years ago. Roland and I have been in the food and beverage business for more years than we care to admit to.

Nika: So the two of you are the model T of biscuits?  I doubt that!  Where can someone get these cookies for their event?

If a potential customer wishes to personalize a carton, or develop a custom cookie die, all one needs to do is  call or email to me or Erica Thornton,  (erica@summerfieldfoods.com), and we can review and discuss the specific required to customize just the box or both the box and cookies.
