Michele Miller
Michele Miller is an Occupational Therapist and
the Recreation Director at Easter Seals in
Reading Pa. At the age of 25, Michele has been
racing micro sprints for 8 years.
The appeal of racing comes from her desire to
spend time with her family and the need to go
fast. With hopes of one day competing in the
Indy Racing League, this young driver takes to a
midget ride for her first season in 2003.
Her career highlights were celebrated at Lanco
Speedway and the Kutztown Fairgrounds, where the
family was victorious in a one-two finish.
Outside of racing, Michele spends personal time
scrapbooking and working with special needs
kids.
But at the track, Michele is fighting for the Ed
'Dutch' Schaefer and Jiggs Peters Memorial
Rookie of the Year Award. She battles 5 other
rookies each week, including her older sister
Tracy.
Michele's goal for the 2003 season is to finish
every race, and above all make her father proud.
'Without a doubt, my father is my hero,' said
Michele Miller. He is also her car owner.
